Injuries in the workplace can be costly and time consuming. The Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator is an important part in minimising the effect on injured workers and employers. This Injury Management & RTW Coordinators course is for people who have responsibility for injured workers in their organisation.
It develops the participant’s understanding of the rights and obligations for all parties involved in the workers’ compensation and Injury Management process.
This course is aimed at people whom are responsible for injured workers in their organisation, including the handling the claims and legislative processes or supervising personnel in Return to Work (RTW) programs.
It provides a basic introduction into the management of claims and addresses the necessary skills and knowledge to establish and/or maintain a system for managing the rehabilitation and early return to work, of injured workers at the workplace.
This online course is also intended for individuals who want to develop new skills, or upgrade their current skills and understanding to effectively manage a rehabilitation program within a workplace.
We also offer classroom based Return To Work training that meets SIRA NSW requirements.
